This project entailed an internal/external demolition of a large two storey detached property to provide a contemporary high specification family home with features including automated AV system, an in-house built steam room, whilst retaining and adding some of the characteristics of the original building. External landscaping works including, new paving, planters with an outhouse and existing tree retention.
